PURCHASE

1. How to place order ?

2. Do I need to send my prescription to make purchase from your website?


You do not need to send us prescription however you will need to know your prescription to order lenses. As we put customer
safety as priority, we require customer to consult eye doctor or optician for prescription and check if you are suitable to wear 
circle lenses before making purchase at www.ifairycon.com.

3. My eye vision is perfect. May I know what is my prescription to make purchase?

If you have Perfect vision you can select power -0.00 degree as the option.

4. Can i amend my order?

Our staffs work speedily to get all orders processed and shipped out,therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been processed,such as shipping details,quantity of item,color and diopter counts.

Please make sure all the information is correct when you checkout.

5. Can i exchange or refund my order?

It is so pity that we are not provide exchange service for anyone.If  your order have any faulty or issue,contact us within 24 hours once you get the parcel.

Please turn to Return/Refund Policy  and get more details.

Our customer service team will solve your problems as soon as possible.

6. Faulty Products

If the goods have any faulty and issue with your order when you get the parcel,contact us within 24 hours!

Please enclose the picture and tell us the details of issue,we will check and solve it for you as soon as possible.

 


PAYMENT

1. Paypal Or By Credit Card

If you wish to pay by credit card, please choose PAYPAL for the payment option. Credit card users are required to make their payment through PayPal   

2. POSB SAVINGS (For Singaporean Buyers)

a.) Select the CURRENCY as SINGAPOREAN DOLLARS, which you can find in the top right corner of the webpage. 
b.) Then once you are done ordering, you CHECKOUT and under the payment option there will be an option POSB Savings account. Select the POSB Savings account option and you can go to POSB/DBS website to complete payment.
c.) Paste the transaction or REFFERENCE CODE in the payment reference box to complete the purchase. 

3. Western Union

If you wish to make payment through Western Union it can be made through special arrangement. Additional changes may be applied under special circumstances. Contact ifairycon@gmail.com for assistance and should you need more information.

  

PRODUCT

1. How to put in contact lens?

Step 1: Take the lens out from the packet gently after washing and drying your hands.Then make sure the correct side of the lens.

Step 2:Hold up your upper eyelid and pull down your lower lid,then use the first finger to gently place the lens.

Step 3:Looking up and down,left and right after putting the lens in so that it will settle into place,then closed your eye in a while.

Step 4:Do again for the other eye through simple steps!

2. Do your lenses comes in prescription?

Yes! All of them are available with prescription. If you are normal eyesight or you need decorated effect, choose -0.00.

Consult with eyesight doctor to confirm the diopter counts before order.

3. Why is the actual color different from the website?

Due to variable factors, such as light, camera lens filters, surrounding colors, original eye color/ eye shape/ makeup, etc, the color of the lenses may vary and look different.Such case should be acceptable. 

Kindly Remind:

Please contact us within 24 hours after you have received your lenses if you doubt about your lenses.Please don’t forget to enclose the lens picture so that we can check for you.

5. What to do when my lenses irritate my eyes?

Please soak your lenses with care solution which is exclusive for contact lenses for 24 hours,then rinse and scrub your lenses gently.

Check the two sides before wearing lenses to avoid uncomfortable experience, such as irritation, dry eyes,blurry, etc. 

6. Safety tips and care

1.Always wash your hands before wearing, removing or handling your contact lenses.

2.Do not lend, borrow or share used contact lenses, otherwise, it may lead to infection or even blindness to eyes.

3.Please take off your lenses before sleeping.

4.Insert lenses before putting make-up on around eyes, and take off lenses before taking make-up  off.

5.Please do not attend any water sports when wearing lenses.

6.New contact wearer wears less than 4 hours a day. When your eyes adapted to the lenses, you can wear them longer, but not over 8 hours a day.

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship to any country in the world.

2. What shipping method do you offer?

We offer Standard Registered Airmail and Express Shipping (Fedex).

Both shipping methods comes with tracking number.

3. Will I get taxed or any handling charges?

There is no handling charge. Taxes and duty depends on your country import policy. Normally you will not get taxed unless purchase in bulk quantity. Please check with your postal service regarding customs fees you may incur. Possibility to get taxed is higher by choosing Express Shipping. Store.ifairycon.com do not hold any responsibilities for any taxies or duties incurred. 

4. How long it takes to reach me?

There is no handling charge. Taxes and duty depends on your country import policy. Normally you will not get taxed unless purchase in bulk quantity. Total delivery time should included processing date. For example, product A is stated to be dispatched within 2-4 days and delivery days for Australia is about 10 days, total days taken for arrival of parcel is 12-14 days.  

Note: "Business days" excludes public holidays and weekends.

  • Canada: 20 to 45 business days.
  • European countries: 14 to 25 business days
  • Hong Kong: 7 to 10 business days
  • Singapore : 7 business days
  • Asian countries : 7 to 18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15- 30 business days
  • Mexico & South American countries: 20 - 30 business days
  • Middle East countries: 15 - 30 business days

b)  EMS SHIPPING (FEDEX)

   2-5 BUSINESS Days

Delivery time is based on estimation only. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.

After 2-3 weeks of not receiving your parcel, you (receipient) need to contact your local post office to check the whereabout of the parcel.If there is no still no status please contact us ifairycon@gmail.com. 

5. Do you provide tracking number? 

Yes, we provide tracking number on both Standard and Express shipping after we shipped out your order. We will email you the tracking number or you may login your account to check after 3-5 days order placed. 

Please note that sometimes even though we dispatched your order, tracking number might be updated late. So your order might been shipped out although you have not received tracking number from us. 

7. How do I track the number given?

For Registered Mail : TRACK

For Express Shipping, please track in Fedex website. 

8. It has been more than estimated delivery time. Why has not the parcel reach me yet?

There are few circumstances for the parcel delay :

- Parcel is being hold by your country custom for review/clearance

- Address is incomplete / Your local post could not find your address

(Payment except shipping cost will be refunded if there is any parcel return caused by shipping problem) 

Please check with your local post/courier by tracking number given before contacting us for your parcel status. 

10. Which are the countries that do not have Fedex Delivery(EMS)?

I.FairyCon decided not to provide Fedex shipping to Mexico and South American countrys due to strict and rigid custom rules and regulation. Other alternative for these countrys would be Internation Registered Mail. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

***Please be noted that International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
