1. Where is my order shipped from?
All of the orders are shipped from Malaysia.

3. Do I need to send my prescription to make purchase from your website?
You do not need to send us prescription however you will need to know your prescription to order lenses. As we put customer
safety as priority, we require customer to consult eye doctor or optician for prescription and check if you are suitable to wear
circle lenses before making purchase at

4.My eye vision is perfect. May I know what is my prescription to make purchase?
If you have Perfect vision you can select power -0.00 degree as the option.

5.Can I choose different prescription for a pair of lenses?
Yes, you can choose different prescription for left and right eyes. Except for lenses that are pack in blister packaging such as Geo Holicat. 

6.Do you provide free case and solution?
Yes, we give free animal lens casing upon each pair of purchase in You can also purchase extra lens cases/ lens cleaner in Lens Case category. Solution is not included in purchase and we do not sell solutions at this moment.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please choose PAYPAL for the payment option. Credit card users are required to make their payment through PayPal   

2. POSB SAVINGS (For Singaporean Buyers)

a.) Select the CURRENCY as SINGAPOREAN DOLLARS, which you can find in the top right corner of the webpage. 
b.) Then once you are done ordering, you CHECKOUT and under the payment option there will be an option POSB Savings account. Select the POSB Savings account option and you can go to POSB/DBS website to complete payment.
c.) Paste the transaction or REFFERENCE CODE in the payment reference box to complete the purchase. 

3. Western Union
If you wish to make payment through Western Union it can be made through special arrangement. Additional changes may be applied under special circumstances. Contact for assistance and should you need more information.



1. When is the life span of contact lenses after bottle opened?
All of the lenses have 1 year life span except 3 months for ColourVue products.  

2. Is your products reliable? 
Yes, of course! We work hard to ensure all our products are sourced from responsibly managed suppliers to help safeguard your eyes. Our products has been approved by international certificate such as KFDA - Korea Food & Drug Adminstration, ISO 13485:2003 , CE and medical department by some countries. 

3.Is your lenses authentic? Do you provide Anti-Fake sticker for GEO contact lenses?
Yes, we sell 100% authentic lenses only, otherwise 100% money back gurantee. We provide Anti-Fake sticker for GEO lenses. The sticker is pasted on each bottle. You can check authenticity at this link

4. Do your lenses come in prescription?
Our lens comes in plano and also in negative prescription. 
a) Negative diopters is for those who required to wear glases to see an object in a far distant.
b) Positive diopters is for those who requires glases to read at a close distant. Unfortunely we do not sell lenses for positive diopters. 


1. Do you ship to worldwide?
Yes, we do ship to any country in the world.

2. What shipping method do you offer?
We offer Standard Registered Airmail and Express Shipping (Fedex).

Both shipping methods comes with tracking number. 

 ** I.Fairycon do not hold any responsibilities for any loses or postponent during delivery.

3. Express shipping
Express Shipping to California (U.S.) , Mexico, Brazil, Singapore and Japan is not available due to import regulation of the places. Order of these countries will be dispatched by Standard Mail automatically. 

FeDex courier might in some cases apply a "remote area charge". This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from main logistics centers. If your address is a remote area for the courier of your choice and and if there is a remote area charge we will contact you to discuss it to protect customers from having to pay the charge and avoid unnecessary delays.

4. Will I get taxed or any handling charges?
There is no handling charge. Taxes and duty depends on your country import policy. Normally you will not get taxed unless purchase in bulk quantity. Please check with your postal service regarding customs fees you may incur. Possibility to get taxed is higher by choosing Express Shipping. do not hold any responsibilities for any taxies or duties incurred. 

5. How long it takes to reach me?
Please refer Delivery Time Frame (Ordinary Mail - Air) to worldwide. Total delivery time should included processing date. For example, product A is stated to be dispatched within 2-4 days and delivery days for Australia is about 10 days, total days taken for arrival of parcel is 12-14 days.  

- Delivery time may be different depending on the circumstance of each country.
- Some countries can't track the parcel.




Delivery time is based on estimation only. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.

After 2-3 weeks of not receiving your parcel, you (receipient) need to contact your local post office to check the whereabout of the parcel.If there is no still no status please contact us 

6. Do you provide tracking number? 
Yes, we provide tracking number on both Standard and Express shipping after we shipped out your order. We will email you the tracking number or you may login your account to check after 3-5 days order placed. 

Please note that sometimes even though we dispatched your order, tracking number might be updated late. So your order might been shipped out although you have not received tracking number from us. 

7. How do I track the number given?
You can track Standard Registered Airmail in your country's postal website. (Please note that some country postal website do not provide tracking service for International Registered Airmail) 

For Express Shipping, please track in Fedex website. 


8. It has been more than estimated delivery time. Why has not the parcel reach me yet?
There are few circumstances for the parcel delay :

- Parcel is being hold by your country custom for review/clearance

- Address is incomplete / Your local post could not find your address

(Payment except shipping cost will be refunded if there is any parcel return caused by shipping problem) 

Please check with your local post/courier by tracking number given before contacting us for your parcel status. 

9. For U.S. customers. USPS website showed the tracking status as ' Origin is preparing shipment'. When I called to USPS, I have been told that the parcel is still in origin place. Is that means that the parcel still has not dispatched?

The status of 'origin is preparing shipment' shown in USPS website actually means that the parcel already arrived in US inbound. It also means that the local postal service is preparing to dispatch the parcel and it should be arriving you shortly. If the status is taking too long time to change (up to 2 weeks), please contact us and we will file investigation with our postal service. Your patience is greatly appreaciated. 

*We noticed that when customers call up to USPS the staff would interpret 'Origin is Preparing Shipment' as the parcel has not left origin country. Please note that the actual circumstance is that the parcel has already arrived in US inbound, otherwise there is no result shown if parcel has not in United States yet. 

10. Which are the countries that do not have Fedex Delivery(EMS)?
I.FairyCon decided not to provide Fedex shipping to Mexico and South American countrys due to strict and rigid custom rules and regulation. Other alternative for these countrys would be Internation Registered Mail. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

***Please be noted that International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
