I.Fairy Super Crystal Green lens review.

iFairyCon.com service & lens review. ღ

I recently ordered some iFairy contacts from iFairyCon, and thought I'd review their service and the lenses I got here. (:

iFairyCon!☆

Pricing: 9/1o.

Much cheaper than I've seen iFairys anywhere else at USD16 a pair. Not quite as cheap as you can get Geos or EOS, but still darn good.

Website: 7/1o.

A slightly annoying layout and order form with no cart system or sorting by colours/sizes/etc. But still completely usable and nothing major. It's worth mentioning that, as the title suggests, they don't stock anything other than the iFairy brand, but they have ALL of the iFairy lenses.

Communication: 1o/1o.
Not much to say here, as I didn't have to email the store about anything. They let me know when my lenses had been shipped and were generally helpful during the ordering process, though.

Shipping: 8/1o.
Shipping was USD12, which is quite expensive, but living in New Zealand, you get used to that. d:
They only lose points for the slightly high price, though, because the lenses arrived in good time - just over a week to get to me.

Now, on to the first pair of lenses!

iFairy Super Crystals in green.

I owned the violet version of these years ago, and they were my favourite lenses for the longest time! I always wanted to try another colour, but I never found a reliable stockist of iFairys before now. (:

So here they are worn:

Design: 9/1o.
I was always going to love the design of these, because they are crystalline and blend very well in the centre. I love how ethereal they look, and I find these lenses absolutely stunning. (:
The lost point is for the colour. The photos make it look much more muted than it is in real life - it's a bright, blue-toned green, and I think it looks very unnatural/obvious over light eyes.
I do love these lenses, but for me they're not for every day wear.

Enlargement: 1o/1o.
These claim to be 16.2mm, but that's the push flat diameter. I'd say that these are 14.8mm, which is still huge. They are definitely the most enlarging lenses I've owned.
Comfort: 1o/1o.
I find iFairy lenses to be really comfortable and can wear them for 6+ hours a day without any problem at all.

Here are some extra photos...

A close-up to show the amazing blending in the lens design.

And a full face photo. It's weird, because I actually love how these lenses look in pictures, and if they looked like that in person, I'd wear them as an everyday lens. They are much more vibrant colour-wise than they photograph. ):

Anyway, that's it for this review! I got another pair of lenses in this order as well, which I'll be reviewing really soon. ^^
I hope this was helpful to you, and thanks for reading!
